HURRICANE Aluminum Separate Handle Product # HS1048-01

The Sauce angle has been loosened to a much easier (decent?) position. The position is now much easier.
The Stealing Damper, which is used to tighten the OEM Handlebar, can no longer be installed, but the OEMBracket can be attached to the flats of the Top Bridge with a thicker textured screw!

Effective even when not aiming to change position
It's an exclusive part of the VTR1000F, but it's installed on a completely different vehicle.
I haven't used it on my designated vehicle, so it's a mystery what would happen if I used it on the VTR1000F.
In other words, if you want to use it on another car, you can use a separate handle with 41mm inner tube diameter and Phi;41mm separator handle.
One thing to keep in mind is that the raised part of the handlebar may interfere with the Top Bridge because of its shape which is very different from a typical separating handle.
(In my case, I interfered violently.)
The accuracy of the product is reasonable.
The surface finish is clean and I don't have any problems with it, but the flatness of the inside of the part that clamps the Fork and the inside of the part that clamps the Handlebar is pretty poor. (It won't cause any problems.)
Why? It's supposed to be machined. The degree of circularity was so low.
It looked like Drill was freaked out and Bowling, so maybe my purchase was just haGap, though.
To improve the position of the handlebar, we set the position of the handlebar about 1.5 bars earlier than usual.
In fact, this is the key point, and the position of the handlebar is such that it grows out of the fork.
Normally, the Separate handle is supposed to be positioned in front of the Fork, but this is not the case with this product.
As a result, together with the relationship between the Fork and Steering axes, it is like having Steering in Direct.
Can you say that it is like gripping the arc that Steering draws by Without Offset...
It's a weird feeling because the Handlebar is set to LargeOffset up and down, but the Direct feeling goes up.
The Direct feeling of Steering is higher than those though I have been using simple welding handlebar as much as possible, which does not have a variable mechanism.
How to use another car What if it doesn't work? And it's a shape that requires courage, but it might be worth a challenge, right?

Although it is wearing, first of all Stem Nut (36mm) I need to purchase quite a high Socket.
As desorption order, remove StemHolder above → Remove Handlebar → Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) Remove Grip of → Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) Remove Switch → Remove Clutch holder → Remove Brake holder in order.
Installation is done in the reverse order of the above. Although it is the last Stem NutNut, if it is not the proper tightening torque, the Stem bearing will be affected, so 90 N in Torque wrench - It is recommended to install with proper value for m.
In terms of time, we implemented it while solving the following precautions, so I think that installation is possible in around 3 hours.
GSX-R750 (2013) There are two points to be aware of when attaching to (Adverse effects for diversion of GSX - R1000 exclusive use products).
1) When this product is installed, as it is, the angle of the Handlebar installation part of this product with the StemHolder hits, so the aperture of the Handlebar gets tighter (From NORMAL's Handlebar width) , The cutting angle of Handlebar will be small. To eliminate it, you can eliminate the tightening of the aperture of the Handlebar by cutting this product by 2 to 3? (We have secured Normal handle width by this). Although it is a shaving action, since this product is Aluminum, it can be easily shaved with the File for Gold genus, so purchase at Home center in advance (About 600 yen) We recommend that you wear it.
2) After installation, the Handlebar position will be up about 20 mm, so there is no play of Brake hose and it will be full of eyes, so I think that it is necessary to exchange Brake hose. Since we were thinking of exchanging from Brake hose of Normal to Mesh hose, we exchanged immediately.
