No more carrying Tubes.
MOTARDWheel was able to get a used one.
Tire was also no good, and Puncture and Tube were also no good, so we installed the Tube Eliminate Kit while we were at it.
Spoke nipple was also dirty with rust, and the welds on the rim had been roughed up with a grinder, so it took a long time to prep the surface.
Rim with Stages (about 5 cm long) I roughed it up with Leutor to eliminate the (about 10 cm) Next, the Grinder was further sanded with a Wire cup brush. Next, I used a Wire cup brush on the Grinder to make it shallower. (about 12 cm) The rest was smoothed by tracing the wire cup brush area with a BrassCup brush.
The nipple is also brushed all around with a wire cup brush, then brushed with a Brass Cup brush to remove scratches. Finally, degrease the nipple with a cleaning thinner and remove iron dust with an air gun. In addition, the Instruction Manual says to wash with Alkali detergent and dry. However, I didn't like rust, so I wiped it with Brakes cleaner.
The rest of the work was done as per the Instruction Manual.
Assembling the Tire was easy with no Tube.
After 3 days of air injection at 3 kg/cm, we assembled the large sturdy unit into the vehicle and completed the assembly.

First Tubeless Processing
I purchased ZETA's MOTARDWheel and converted it to Tubeless!
It was the first time for me to do it, but I was able to do it after reading the Instruction Manual and watching the video!
The Nipple was worked on as is without modification, but there was no leakage!
Be careful as it is a one shot deal! It was Large sturdy even if it bent a little or got air in it! It was easy to do because it came with special gloves!
I don't know how many years it will last, but if it lasts long enough, it might be a good deal!

Perseverance is a must.
It was quite a large job, starting with the preparation of the wheel (the work content changed depending on the wheel's condition), double-sided taping, and protective taping.
(Some of the Wheel was in bad shape.)
Double-sided tape pasting is very difficult.
(I wanted to put it on Beauty but couldn't. If I could have stuck it there, it would have been Large sturdy. (I wanted to stick it to Beauty but I couldn't, but Large was tough enough to stick it there.)
Protective Tape could be applied to Beauty if applied calmly.
It took a lot of patience, but I am happy that I was able to make it Tubeless and wear Radial.

A year later, I installed it in conjunction with the replacement of the front tire, but the joint between the rim and the double-sided tape was not properly connected.
It did not work and I gave up on this one. Maybe a year has passed and the adhesive strength of Tape has weakened.

Tubeless conversion of KAWASAKI D-TRACKER125 + installation of block tie rear
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the product photo
Was the installation difficult?
The front wheels failed a bit, but the rear wheels succeeded. No problems at all using the front wheels either.
How was your experience with it?
I can put a block tie rear on my D-TRACKER125, which has almost no tire options, and I don't have to puncture it,
The drop in air pressure is no different than with the Tube. The sense of security when going into the mountains is very different!

No problem the first time if carefully installed.
Used to make SR400's Rear wheel tubeless.
We installed it not only to reduce weight, but also because we originally had Tire on Tubeless Casting wheel and to eliminate the anxiety of puncture on the road.
The subject of the installation was an SR400 hub with EXCEL's AluminumWide Rim.
The size is 18×MT3.5J. I have the impression that MTRim was not as difficult as I thought it would be, probably because the surface that Nipple sticks to is the back.
I think it was a good thing that it was a new rim, but even so, I smoothed the mating surfaces of the rim with water-resistance paper just in case.
I think a used OEMRim or H-type Rim would increase the difficulty.
Due to the nature of the product, re-installation is quite Large strange, so at least a new Spoke seems like a good idea.
Also, if the RimCenter is narrow, such as almost only the width of the Nipple, the difficulty seems to increase even more.
This was my first installation, but I worked carefully anyway, even if it took some time.
Not included in the kit but necessary are water-resistance paper for leveling the rim joint surfaces and a strong parts cleaner for degreasing.
I was lent WAKOS Parts cleaner by a colleague of mine, as it is said to have a different cleaning power.
It was supposed to be a new rim, but Dustcloth was very dirty, so I thought it was definitely a necessary process.
After installation, the tires were immediately assembled and left at high air pressure.
2.The manual said 5 kilos, but I put in 3.0 kilos because I usually have a habit of setting the Tire higher right after it is built in.
Check two days later and it is still a Large success.
Overall, it is not difficult, but it is depressing that I have to install it on the Front from now on because it was quite Large strange lol.
(even more so since Front is 2.5J)

It can be easily made Tubeless!
Once you get the gist of it, you can easily make it Tubeless with ease.
Videos are also available on YouTube, so if you watch them while installing, the hurdle will be lowered.
The durability is also quite good, and after two years of installation, there is still no excessive air loss.
But the price is high.
It would be better if it were cheaper.

Tubeless front and rear wheels when the vehicle is purchased
After all, Puncture repair is easy.
This time, the rear wheel Spoke was reupholstered, so I bought it along with the new Spoke.
I could have done it myself if I was calm and did it properly and carefully.
The front wheels have been driven more than 40,000 km and have no problems.
Six Spokes were broken on the rear wheel and air leakage occurred as expected!

Tubelessness of non-OEMExcelRim
The rust of OEM wheel of CB400SS (especially front wheel rim and spoke) was so bad that we installed OEM spoke on ExcelRim to refresh it. The OEM wheel is 19x2.15MT for FR and 18x3.0MT for RR, but the same size of ExcelRim for FR is only available in WM Type, so it was changed to 19x2.5MT.
I was told by WebikeSupport that they did not know about the compatibility with external Wheels, but after checking the ExcelRim and Size compatibility and assembling, there were no problems.
According to the Instruction Manual, the protruding ends of the spokes are removed with a file (only a few of them are noticeable), degreased, and OUTEX is installed.
Because the rim of the front wheel is narrow, OUTEXDouble-sided Tape stuck to the side of the groove, but because it is stretchable, there was no problem with adhesion of the Spoke nipple, and it did not get stuck when the tire was installed.
If you follow the Instruction Manual, there are no particular difficulties.
I put on the Tire by hand and raised the Bead with the Compressor, which is an on-board tool in the car.
After that, the double-sided tape was left at about 2.5 atmospheres for 30 minutes as per the Instruction Manual, and the pressure settled down to about 2 atmospheres.
I have driven about 500 km since the replacement, including Winding, and it is comfortable with no signs of air leakage.
In addition to the aluminum wheels, the front and rear springs are each more than 1 kg lighter than before, which has clearly improved acceleration and road-following performance (ride comfort), making driving more pleasant.
Although 10,000 yen may seem a bit steep for a mere double-sided tape, it is a reasonable price if you consider that you are buying peace of mind in terms of durability and workability.

OUTEX OUTEX Clear Tubeless Kit
I bought it to reduce the load under the spring and to improve the handling of the car and reduce puncture repairs when driving.
Rust removal occurs as part of the preparation of the spoke wheel. This process is very easy with a Router or Belt Thunder, but may take up to 3 days if done by hand with Sandpaperetc.
Double-sided tape and translucent Cellophane can also be applied with surprising ease. Even a clumsy person can do it well.

Installed on FTR223 (Work should be done with plenty of time to spare.)
[How is it used?
Installed on FTR223.
Traveling:40km one way for commuting, touring, and circuit riding
I decided to use them for my long-distance commute, in order to make them tubeless and reduce the weight under the springs.
The front wheel was installed successfully, but the rear wheel failed.
Used for about 2 years.
Was the one you received as per Image?
At first glance, I was a little worried that the Kit would be too large and sturdy. I was worried that it might not be large enough, but it was well thought out and large enough.
Was the installation difficult?
At the time, I had only been riding motorcycles for a little over two years and my kill level was still low, so I took on the challenge of installing it myself. I thought it would be easy, but in reality, it was a difficult job that required a large amount of work.
As mentioned above, the front wheel is easy to work on due to its rim shape, and even though I didn't have enough skill, I was able to somehow install it and make it Tubeless.
On the other hand, the shape of the rear wheel is such that it is difficult to change the size of the wheel. (Kit construction area is very narrow) I was not able to install it properly and failed.
At that time, I couldn't assemble the tires by myself, so I had to bring the tires to the shop that was taking care of me at the time and have them re-fitted a couple of times, which made the president of the shop angry with me.
I removed the Kit from the air leak area and re-installed it, but I couldn't stop the air leak. I even tried using SiliconCoking agent, but it didn't work, so I had to use Rim only tube.
Factors for failure include.
Poor Rim shape
The work was not done carefully and in a timely manner according to the instruction manual.
The construction was done in early spring when the temperature was low.
Could not crimp with the proper tool.
I couldn't assemble the tire by hand, so I couldn't assemble the tire and crimp it using air pressure right after installing the kit.
The following are some examples.
How was your experience with it?
In the front, I was able to lower the risk during puncture due to the loss of the tube, and I realized that the turnaround of the corner was also improved.
Rear ended up not knowing what it did with the weight of Kit+SiliconCoking agent+Tube.
At the time, I didn't build tires by hand, but later, when I was able to build tires by hand, I found that not having a tube was easier to work with.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Yes. Please refer to the product description.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The lack of Kill in my work.
I had no complaints about the Kit itself.
Point and hang of installation
Be sure to work carefully and with plenty of time.
Make sure to degrease the Rim thoroughly.
Crimping the Kit with a tool that can apply localized pressure with a round tip, such as a tire lever.
The Kit should be applied in the warmest season possible to increase the adhesiveness of the Kit.
When working in low temperatures, the Kit should be warmed up with a dryer and heat gun.
As soon as possible after the Kit installation is completed, the tires should be assembled and air pressure should be applied.
Do not damage the Kit with the tire lever when installing the tire.

Installed on Z-WHEEL AR1Wheel (CRM250AR)
I installed a polishing bit on the wheel and carefully cut it, then removed the BALI with a file stick, and finished with sandpaper. If you don't have the confidence, please contact PRO. If you are not confident, it is better to leave it to the PRO. However, since the tube is gone, puncture repair has become much easier. (If it had a tube, it probably wouldn't run.) View detail

It's a bit of a hassle, but...
I installed the Tubeless Kit that I have been curious about for a long time at Timing Tire Replacement.
Fortunately, I haven't experienced puncture with my current W800, and I bought it more for the peace of mind of not losing air too rapidly even if I hit a nail than to reduce the repair cost when punctured.
If you follow the friendly instructions, you won't get lost.
The procedure is...
Remove the tire from the vehicle.
Drop the Bead of Tire.
Unplug the tube.
Remove the Tire from the Rim.
Finish the welding part of Rim to Beauty.
Spoke's Nipple tip BALI take.
Clean and degrease the inside of the Rim.
Paste the NippleTape to all parts.
Wrap the masking tape around it.
Wrap the Seal tape around both sides.
Wrap the heat-resistant protective seat.
Install Air Valve.
Tire installation.
Air leak confirmed.
Installation on the vehicle
It's easy to write, but it's quite troublesome.
If you don't cover the Nipple area beautifully, it will cause air leak. If you don't do the work well, you will have to reassemble the tires like I did. (Lol)
In addition, in the case of W800, there is a step on the rear wheel to make it difficult for the tire head to fall, and it is difficult to drop and raise the head.
Because of the above reason, I think it is difficult to inject air without using Compressor at once.
Also, I think it's better to change the Rear Air Valve to L-Type than the Straight Type that comes with the kit for easier air adjustment.
I've actually used it to...
First of all, I left it for about 2 weeks and drove about 200km as it was, but there was no air leak.
I think it's not bad.
As for the request, the width of the Seal tape on both sides is Limit, so I want you to make it a little thicker and the price is high.
It won't prevent Puncture, but it will give you more Tire options, and if you carry a Repair Kit, you can complete the repair on the spot.
LargeOne less thing to worry about on my favorite touring trip.
It took a lot of work, but I'm recommending it for vehicles other than the W800.

Now you can say goodbye to the tube.
The preprocessing is quite Large strange, but I was able to make it Well and Tubeless even with amateur work.
This will save weight, eliminate the sudden drop in air pressure caused by puncture, and make tire changes easier in the future.
If the price was lower, it would be 5 stars.

Tubeless is the best?
Tubeless was installed along with the 17in. Wide Rim of SR. Because the Instruction Manual with clear pictures is attached, the work was done smoothly...
I had to remove and install the tire 3 times before and after due to installation error.
It's been 3 days since installation and the air pressure hasn't decreased, so I think it's Large strong.
I will comment again after the installation on the vehicle.

DIDfor RaceWheel rim, machining is extremely difficult.
I tried to do Tubeless processing on a TDRRacing wheel for MOTARD by myself. As a result, I had to repeatedly remove and install the tire 4 times for air leak repair. (T ^ T) I know this, but the FR rim is deeper than I expected. I knew this, but the Rim of FR is deeper than expected and I can't cover the wall side well with Tape. I thought I had bought a special one, but it was a little narrower than I expected. View detail
