Launch of TYPE-ECable (Ninja1000 VERSYS1000)
Cable fixing method for TYPE-ESensor.
It is for Ninja 1000 or VERSYS 1000 with Cowl or Cover.
I don't know about Z900RS, sorry.
The model of car that is compatible with YOSHIMURA is not yet listed, but it should be usable as long as it is approximate under the waist and has a 3/8 oil gallery.
If the Sensor cable is not fixed, the possibility of disconnection will increase.
Tie WrapCROSS the Pulse cover on the CowlFixing Screw.
Fixed.
Tighten the Tie Wrap on the Sensor cable side moderately. Excessive tightening may cause disconnection.
The Pulse cover side can also be tightened normally.
After this, the Cowl is attached, so it is basically Large sturdy as it is.
The Extension Cable of the Sensor is put on the protective cover and is brought up to the Reserver tank of the Radiator.
I fastened the two Clutch Cable fasteners together.
When you get to the Reserver tank, either Handlebar Post or Cowl will reach the Meter.

Sensor position change from Drain bolt to Oil gallery
This is the third oil change since the Oil Temperature Meter was installed.
Suddenly in the middle of touring "-----°C" Display.
I was prepared for this, but it is a disconnection.
YOSHIMURA's website shows that the Z900RS series is almost the same under the waist.
Oil gallery under the Right Side can also have a Sensor.
In case you are wondering, VERSYS1000 is not listed.
Drain bolt sensor is the same Engine Ninja1000.
I put it on for reference.
Oil gallery is not listed here either.
In the VERSYS1000 Service manual.
Make sure this is where you use the Check for hydraulic pressure and
It was determined that Oil gallery under Right Side could be used.
Oil gallery is M8 Hexa.
Since it cannot be removed with a Hexagonal Wrench, please prepare tools accordingly.
An 8mm Hexa Socket, an Extension bar of about 15cm and a LongSpinner Handlebar (about 50cm) are recommended.
If the car is not new, please be sure to prepare tools as they are sticking.
I bought more Hexa sockets from KTC.
When removed, the oil leaks slightly when the side stand is clamped.
The Sensor is a 19mm Nut.
The thickness of the lid is 10mm, so the Sensor can be inserted for the same amount of time.
Tightening Torque20N-m, so be careful not to over-tighten.
If you overdo it, it will break.
Wiring has not been put together yet, but the Meter-attached Cable1m seems to be enough to reach it.

Required for installation of YOSHIMURA PRO-GRESS
I purchased this product because it is essential for installation of YOSHIMURA PRO-GRESS.
Since the sensor is a conspicuous color, it was installed on the oil pan side to make it inconspicuous.
Luckily, the Blind lid was not so hard.

Required for Progress
I bought this to wear Progress by YOSHIMURA.
There are two places you can install it on your ZEPHYR750, either next to the crank or next to the oil pan.
I decided to put it on the side of the Oil pan based on the other reviewers, but the OEM BlindPlug here is gorily stiff.
Other than that, I didn't have any special difficulties.
Oh, it seems to be good to do it at the time of Oil exchange because Oil flows more than I thought.

It is well made and secure
It is well made and fits perfectly to the car body with anti-wire breakage measures. View detail
It sticks to a place that is not easily damaged
I'm using it with my Kawasaki ZR-7 with my Yoshimura Progress 1
The sensor is installed in the oil pan at the bottom of the Engine It seems to me that there is no connection with a corrupt Risk even if
No oil leaks after installation and no functional problems

I also make Just fit well
There are also types installed on the Oil drain, but the lower rounds were personally unpleasant because there was the possibility that the Small stone and the like wound up while running might hit the Sensor. This E Type is Just fit to the plug on the side of the Oil pan, it is protected also because it is within Cowl, and it can be relieved. The accuracy of the Screw part is also well fitted and it does not have Oil leakage. View detail
I think it's good..
I bought it with Temp meter.
There is only Sensor of this Screw Pitch being YOSHIMURA, and if it is Sensor of DAYTONA
There is none.
There are things of Pitch to convert, but because I did not want to put it much, it became YOSHIMURA.
Engine oil Because it is a blind Screw next to the bread, the removal is very hard. However, I removed it and installed the Sensor.
Since the leakage tape is wrapped around the Screw part of YOSHIMURA's sensor, it is possible to install as it is. Oil There was also no leakage.
