FCR Carburetor Body to TMRMJN
Replaced from FCR Carburetor Body33.
Since I will be EngineBore up in the near future, I chose 38Φ of Large size.
Runs well enough with the plug in, but the plug is completely black. (Lol)
Smooth turning from bottom to top, no black smoke, but Plug is pure black. (Lol)
Compared to FCR Carburetor Body, but I think it is a very different carburetor.
Response is good and Axel seems lighter.
I have not been able to get Data on fuel consumption, but I don't think it is different from FCR Carburetor Body.
Installation is definitely easier with the FCR Carburetor Body.
TMR cannot be framed after Accelerator Wire.

It's a no-brainer.
I am using ZrX1100/KERKERMegaphone and Funnel with FilterSpec.
According to other people's impressions and information on the Internet, it was sufficient to install the unit without setting, but I did the setting at the shop where I had it installed.
The power difference between the Torque and the Pontiac was very small at high RPMs above 7000 RPMs, but below 6000 RPMs, the difference between the Torque and the Pontiac was large, about 10 HP at the largest RPM.
I was surprised at the sharpness of the acceleration, and the difference between the normal cab and the racing cab is obvious.
In case of ZrX, the Fuel Cock needs to be replaced, I chose SEA BASSOEM (for DR-Z400S) recommended by YOSHIMURA. I am considering to replace it with PinGel.

I've been working on the negative pressure OEM carburetor for a number of times and have disassembled and reassembled it and spent tens of thousands of dollars on repair parts, but the condition has not returned and the result is NG. It is my own fault because of the storage condition.

Results:RPM Rose behavior when idling, but with pimped carb (slightly increase idle to 800⇒1200 on OEM carb)
It's not too bad for a normal cab, but it's not too bad for a low to mid-range cab.
If you are concerned about this, I don't recommend it, but I've digested the fact that physical machine sounds can be heard.
It depends on the individual, but from around 4000-5000RPM, you will be able to enjoy the characteristic forced revving up.
Actual fuel consumption:16.5 mpg in Touring. TMR is thicker than Idling fuel (smells like raw gas).
It is not in sync, so I will give it time to work out. I'm also going to change the Slow Jet position to cover the Funnel Sponge filter.
The NGcarburetor seems to be a unit that is difficult to restore the fuel path in the body no matter how many tens of thousands of yen are spent on maintenance.

Very high quality carburetor from yoshimura! fast shipping by web!ke japan, only took 3 days to arrive at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. this is the 38mm diameter carb with part number 778-211-3002, but it's marketed as the tmr-mjn34 on the website. the title is wrong! the correct one is mjn38as as per the correct part number. for those who wants to use it with pod filters especially the k&n pod filters or APE filters, you need to purchase the filter adapter separately (part number 797-038-1010) which fits nicely with the k&n filter (part number RC-0984). I was riding in CVcarburetor with 400 Piston in SR 500, but the rushing from 5000 rpm was bad, it was in a state not going up from 6000 rpm. After switching to TMR-MJN, these have been eliminated, it seems that they have turned to Smooth throughout the whole area and became completely different vehicles. In CVcarburetor, I can sense Fei Ring and Unique cylinder unique Fe Ring, TMR-MJN almost disappears, Fee Ring disappears, Bunbun travels,
It's a red zone from 7000 rpm but I have no breath yet. There is no problem in overtaking at high speed at all.. PowerUP is amazing in the whole area.
However, when driving at low speed, you have to carefully adjust the Axel opening. Axel opening degree is several millimeters at 5th speed 60km, Axel reacts even when it exceeds a slight step of the road, so it will be shaky if you do not have a bit of stance when you go beyond steps, so more attention is needed at Tandem etc..
Also I am installing the Conti Exhaust System of Peyton Place, but after I changed it from CV, the sound quality turned quite tremendously. It is totally different from Idling. I think that this is changing Piston for 400 and I think the compression ratio is high as 11, but I think that it will tear like a splashing sound at high rotation.

It is a purchase of the second one, because it is a consumable item it replaced it with a new one.
Carburetor this time was necessary to re-adjust all of the entraining oil and so on, but it is unavoidable to use it as a well adjusted one.
Although price is high, it is unavoidable because it costs Cost much more for Body's Anodized and Nozzle processing than ordinary TMR.
Performance also runs best all year round if only the connection between Throw and Nozzle is decided. Of course it is better to change Setting slightly in summer and winter.
In the secondary Air from Seal Ring peculiar to TMR, I have had a lot of difficulty in recent years. Even if it is a brand new item, it will be bad quickly, but it will not cause any problems.
And it's better not to use Carburetor cleaner absolutely, even if Mikuni's Carburetor cleaner. When using it is completely decomposed and use is correct. The movement of Seal Ring gets worse just by slightly inflating VSeal.
