Regulators are consumables.
For the past year,,, my car TW has had certain symptoms.
The small light bulbs such as Blinker and Tail lamp frequently go out... and the Headlight Bulb frequently goes out. 。 The battery also went up frequently...each time I changed a new Valve or battery, but there was no improvement at all.
I thought that the vibration might have caused the Valve to break, but it was so frequent that I became concerned.
I checked on the Net and asked a motorcycle shop, and they said it might be a regulator. I asked a Motorcycle shop....
from the start "Regulator." What is a "what"?
"Regulator." The "PARTS" are the parts that mainly play the role of voltage control and rectification, in other words, they are the organs that mediate the delivery of battery power to the car body.
If there is an abnormality in Regulator
(1) Battery leaking → sometimes smelly (lol)
(2) Headlight is becoming → easier to break.
(3) Charging does not take place → Replacing with a new Battery did not help.
Totally my symptom (laughs).
If this part is broken, high or low current will flow due to the ineffective power regulation.
In other words, in my case, I thought the Light or Blinker was cut off by the high current.
I tried to check the Manufacturer's Sitec. and asked questions directly to the Manufacturer, but they did not give me a clear cause of the problem. It's controlled by semiconductors with no contact points, so it basically never wears out." Responses such as. I guess the→regulator had no way to answer because the lifespan is basically not clarified (laughs).
But in fact, the Regulator is out of order. (Puncture) I do.
After Regulator replacement, symptoms such as battery degradation and blinker breakage were completely fixed. Proven.
According to the motorcycle shop, there were some single-cylinder, medium-sized, and small-type owners like myself who had experienced one failure each among the three models they owned.
"Incidental symptoms..." In fact, the explanation that "the problem is not a problem," cannot be taken seriously. In fact, the Parts replacement improved the situation, and 。 Understand that it is consumable.
Also, Regulator failure. (Puncture) The "H" is said to occur more often in medium and small engine displacement volume vehicles than in large engine displacement volume vehicles. Especially in air-cooled
So what caused it in the first place?
The one that is said to be an improved version of Regulator has a heat sink, which is a heat-resistant spec. added to it, Regulator failure is caused by heat. It is easy to predict that
Is it age-related deterioration, or is it the heat generated by the air-cooled single cylinder?
good point
◎After replacement, Battery degradation and lighting of lights were stabilized.
◎Engine startup is also improved.
◎Axel is now better.
◎Meter movement is also Smooth.
In the end, all areas related to electricity were improved.
It's been 20 years since I bought it used... I don't know how it worked without regulator replacement (laughs).
If you have an older vehicle and the batteries are deteriorating quickly, or if you have problems with the lights, you may want to think about replacing the regulator.
It will be in good shape when you replace it.

Replacement from 3xvOEM Product
While replacing the Ignition coil in 3xv,
I decided to replace the OEM Regulator before it breaks.
Originally, it was easy to stall due to Plug being covered during Idling,
I suspected the ignition system.
Regulator is located behind Rear shock,
I needed a long Hexagonal Wrench for the replacement,
I also removed Seat Cowl,
The fuel tank and air cleaner could be removed and replaced from the top without difficulty.
The product is Blacks than I expected and I installed the terminals on the side without the paint film.
I also sanded and polished the terminals just in case.
It is a little thicker than OEM and Large size, so the original Bolt was not long enough,
A slightly longer Bolt was used to secure it.
There was no Instruction Manual available
My impression is that it was exchanged at the same time as Coil,
Anyway, Idling became stable at 1000~1300 rpm,
I am glad to know that I am not having to worry about CDI or Battery failure.
However, the lack of Torque and jitteriness at startup was not improved!
(It's a 2nd 250, so maybe this is what it's like)
The price is less than half of OEM Product and the quality is better,
I thought it was a pretty good deal.

TZR3MA'89
Replaced from OEM (old part).
With the new battery, the old part maxed out at 14.1v, but this one goes up to 14.7v even during city driving. It is stable at over 14v while driving. It feels like it is doing its job. We will have to wait and see how durable it is. There are heat resistance measures, so I have high expectations.
I am glad I got a longer Bolt for the fixation because as you said, the fin part of the Bolt is thicker than the fin part.

3XV Regulator Replacement
[How is it used?
Rather new TZr250R (3XV) I bought it because the Battery of the "I" had gone to the point of non-rechargeable after about 2 weeks and I thought, ah, Regulator.
Other symptoms were that YPVS was acting suspiciously even after changing the Battery and that the voltage was not stable during Idling.
I was worried about the quality of Chinese products, so I decided not to buy one. I tried to replace it with one made by Yamaha in Taiwan, but the price had gone up so much that it was more expensive than I had heard, so I chose this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This product comes with Heat sink as shown in the photo.
Was the installation difficult?
The 3XV regulator is visible from the outside, but the right side bolt position is directly in front of the suspension, so the work area is quite small.
As long as that Bolt can be replaced quickly, the work can be done in about 5-10 minutes.
I got some impressions that the Bolt was not long enough, so I decided to use the YamahaOEM 30mm Bolt. (95027-06030) separately in theQuantity:I bought 2pc
How was your experience with it?
By using this product, the electrical problems that had previously appeared were eliminated.
It has only been a little while since the replacement so it remains to be seen how long it will last, but so far I am satisfied.
[Included Parts:were they on?
This product only.
Bolt for installation should be prepared separately with a 30mm bolt.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Currently, there are no complaints.

Chinese products are scary, Taiwanese Yamaha OEMs are expensive, and this product is somewhere in between.
I am satisfied that the problems I had felt before have been resolved.

Long Bolt required to change from 47X system
Compared to the 47X series regulator, the thickness of the bolt threading area has increased, so a longer bolt is required.
If it is YAMAHAOEM, M6 Bolt of 95027-06025 was attached perfectly.
However, this regulator requires a body ground, but the important body was painted and had no continuity, so the paint was removed from the parts that contact the bolt and frame to make continuity.
I think MAX 14.5V with Light lighting is quite good.

Vesrah Brake Shoe Great Product & The Price
I REALLY LOVE THIS VESRAH BRAKE SHOE SET. I HAVE BEEN USED THIS BRAKE SHOE SET FROM EARLY 2014 TO MID 2018 .Still 2.9mm left on the shoe.It has the ability ,very good stopping power especially in wet condition. Some say vesrah brake shoe exceed the OEM QUALITY. I can say that too .No need to worry about the quality ,Brake Shoe Doesn't wear very quickly because it's MADE IN JAPAN. Once I Put Vesrah Brake Shoe in, I can able to ride my bike with confident.vesrah brake shoe just a little bit pricey than OEM brake shoe kit. If I compare OEM vs VESRAH BRAKE SHOE , both products are excellent.I coudn't able to find vesrah brake shoe kit in mid 2018. So I put Brand New OEM SHOE KIT ON THE FRONT WHEEL. NOW WE ARE IN LATE 2022.Almost 20000 kms have been driven since putting new oem brake shoes. Two or three days ago I checked the front wheel brake shoes.I've noticed that the OEM brake shoe has worn approximately 1mm.When we replace a new brake shoe, the thickness of the shoe is approximately 4mm. With use, it gradually becomes less. In cases where the thickness of the brake shoe is 2mm or less, the brake shoe should be changed. Some riders complain about the brake shoe squeal & make noises when the brake lever pull in.This can happen due to not properly maintaining the brake hub and brake shoe.If the brake hub and shoe are checked and maintained well at least once every three to four months.it is possible to stop the wheels very easily & will eliminates any squealing noise..I love shopping at webike because they have everything I wanted.Price is so cheap than the other online shop. The package received in a good condition and nicely packed. Thanks For The High Quality Packaging.Nice Online Shopping Experience.Very Happy Coustomer .Highly Recommended.I found two stickers this time.has webike logo on the front ,says '' we love motorcycles and riders'' I'm gonna put that decals on my bike. Thank You So Much WEBIKE. View detail

Naturally, this Shoe was also OEMSpec. so it was the same etc.

TZr250R (3XV) I was concerned that the Clutch lever of the "Mere Old Man" was slightly bent from the time of purchase.

I didn't want it to be hard to grip, but it was no problem.

If you don't want to remove the Tank, please remove the Drain Hose only, and rotate the Hose and Cook carefully so that the other Hose and Cook are not overloaded and put them on the Frame. In this case, it is easier to work if the tank is empty.
