This is a must have part when you change the Exhaust System!
Whenever I play with the intake or exhaust system of the KSR110, it goes bad.
I bought my KSR PRO second hand from Full normal, low mileage and it was not running well from the beginning. We have been working on the air cleaner box for a year and changing the jetting every time we drive it, but the OEM carburetor could not solve this problem. It is the best condition at the moment with Made in Thailand's Full Exhaust System + Baffle removal + Air cleanerBox processing (elephant nose, pig nose, etc. are naturally removed), Main jet #110, Slow Jet #10.0 (Needle stage and PilotAir screw are in default condition). The stalling and trough of the torque that had been bothering me for a long time disappeared quickly, and the torque in the low to mid range dramatically increased as if it had been bored up. The high rpm range has also been increased, and the top speed has been increased by about 10km/h!
Expensive Carburetor kit, but this is a RECOMMENDATION!!!
However, the main jet included is #160, #150, #130, and the slow jet is #15, #12.5, so you need to buy more.
Gasoline Hose is also not long enough, so you have to prepare it separately.
There is a similar carburetor kit from Takegawa, but it is for Power Filter only. Because I use it for commuting, I cannot choose the Power FilterSpec. which cannot be ridden on a rainy day, I chose the Type corresponding to the Air cleanerBox of KITACO, but in the Machine with Cell (KSR PRO and KLX110L), the Accelerator Wire which is attached cannot be used. I bought this separately because Accelerator Wire of for repair is out in Kit of Takegawa (it is not 1000 yen).
It's a 250cc class carburetor which is too large for a moto bike, so you need to change the setting to get the best performance in mid winter and mid summer. However, it is the carburetor which has the generosity which runs normally even if the setting is not boiled down so much.

Good reputation as a good carburetor.
Attach to KSR 110.
Normal engine, Normal cab + External Exhaust SystemSpec outside the company. However, VM 26 Φ + Power FilterSpec. It replaced it..
Installation is almost Bolt-on.
By installing the intake maneuver Bolt is an intake manifold.
Is it an individual difference?
It was possible to start intermittently at KICK one shot.
I tried on MJ 130 but I run Torque fully across the whole area.
I feel like acceleration from anywhere I like Large.

Necessities of long-distance commute?

Since the jets constructed by kitaco VM26 are in a quite deep state compared with VM26 carburetor which has come out from Mukawa, setting cannot take it out easily.
Since setting comes out comparatively simply, without also carrying out great air cleaner box processing if it seems that pains is taken over setting, and it exchanges for the jet needle (032-00-007) and needle jet (032-00-013) of Mukawa VM26 carburetor, it is a recommend.
It is better to also make large processing of an air cleaner box besides insulator removal into a premise, if it tries to take out setting with the kit of a kitaco.
