The newly developed liquid-cooled V-twin engine suppresses unpleasant vibrations while maintaining a comfortable ride with a pleasant pulse that is characteristic of Harleys.
Nitron rear shocks use springs with ideal secondary rate characteristics to optimize the load distribution balance to the front and provide neutral handling in all situations, including straight lines, cornering, low speeds, and high speeds.
The damping characteristic with a sense of operation produces a feeling of grabbing the road surface, and the ride quality is suitable for the next generation Harley.
In addition to the standard set values, two recommended set values are provided for each customer's needs.

Based on the NITRON twin-shock R3 series, the R3 is purposely designed to be less flashy and more stealthy, blending in with the machine as the name implies.
Blacked out as much as possible, its appearance attracts riders with a unique mood.
The damper piston rods are DLC coated for a full black finish.
Furthermore, it pursues the smooth operation feeling by the high sliding property of DLC coating.
The tank is larger than that of the conventional model, contributing to stabilization of oil temperature.
