900RS cafe Long tail cowl

I have purchased many parts from PMC in the past, and this time, because I am waiting for my RScafe to be delivered, I have not installed the parts yet, but I purchased the parts first. However, when I looked at the painted surface from different angles under the LED fluorescent light, I saw a 5cm wide and 2cm high mark&infinity-like mark on the left side center side that was visible after the paper had been applied. I am not sure if I will return or exchange the item because it is not there, but I am a little disappointed and would like to see a better inspection.
