The outer diameter of the "Gasket" is φ20mm, which is larger than the outer diameter of the "Drain bolt" (about φ19mm?). The inside diameter is also larger than the drain hole on the crankcase side, and there is a recess in the shape of the drain bolt left in the gasket. The inside diameter was also larger than the drain hole on the crankcase side, leaving a convex shape in the form of a drain hole, which is evidence that the Gasket was properly deformed and fulfilled its packing role.
The Daytona Gasket I purchased this time has an outer diameter of φ18mm, which is smaller than the outer diameter of the drain bolt, so I am a little worried about whether the tightening strength per area will be too much, but aluminum is soft and easily crushed, so this is about the same size as the Torque. (25N-m) Crankcase at (possibly made by Casting Iron?). The side will not be deformed.
I drove it as fast as I could for about 100 km after the replacement and about 250 km after that, including after that, until I gave it away in February 2024 at 8038 km, and there was no Oil leak. It is functioning properly.
