Decent Pads...
I installed the SBS Street Excel 657LS pads on my XL750 on June 2, and while it's still early, they've gone through the break-in period—so this might be as good as they get. In dry conditions, they perform well with strong and smooth braking. But in rain or when cold, the initial bite isn’t as sharp, which affects braking confidence. Also, it squeaks but does not bother me much really. Compared to the OEM pads, these don’t quite match the consistent performance across different weather. They might be fine for fair-weather commuting, but for my riding mix, I’ll be exploring other options next time. But I will make it last.

Namun, saat hujan atau dingin, gigitan awal tidak setajam itu, yang memengaruhi kepercayaan diri dalam pengereman. Selain itu, kampas rem berderit, tetapi tidak terlalu mengganggu saya. Dibandingkan dengan kampas rem OEM, kampas rem ini tidak sepenuhnya konsisten dalam berbagai cuaca. Kampas rem ini mungkin cocok untuk perjalanan pulang pergi di cuaca cerah, tetapi untuk gaya berkendara saya, saya akan mencoba opsi lain lain kali. Tapi saya akan membuatnya awet.
